The 2008 Rocky Mountain State Games will be combined with the
2008 State Games of the West, a new regional State Games event, with competition
taking place July 24-27 in Colorado Springs.

The 2008 SGW will feature 8,000 athletes
from 13 Western States competing in one or more of the 31 sports offered.
